If you would like to order a Custom Collection by order form, please attach a separate order sheet to specify your selections.

To figure the amount for custom baskets, add up the individual items & add $5 per collection for the gift packaging. If you'd like a card enclosed, please tell us the occasion, and what you'd like the card to say.

Also, please be sure to add additional postage for each separate shipping address according to the shipping chart on the order form!
